Yeah, I know… me and traveling, doesn’t sound like me at all right but here we are. First time so far from home and never flew before either. I’ve heard many things about flying, about the ears and fear flight itself. But I’vent got the fear of flying at least currently not at home writing this. Maybe it’s still coming when boarding the airplane, we’ll see.
I’ll keep you posted about that when I arrive at the destination.
Until now I’ve only been to Finland, Sweden and Åland Islands, but my childhood dream has always been visiting Egypt and at least one of the temples there. Even in high school when there were history lessons I mostly got grades like F’s or D’s mostly. But when Egypt came in history lessons then immediately my grades went to pretty much pure A’s as I remember (the same thing was with stone age).
Last night I read about tips about traveling in Egypt, about the scams and that sort of thing. I’m glad that I’m not traveling alone, but with my beautiful significant other who has been there multiple times and knows about traveling more than I am. So I hope we’re going to be fine because in this travel I’m more like “Jesus take the wheel”.
Well, I think I’m not gonna drag this post any longer. I’m going to write again when arriving at the hotel.
