My birthday was last Thursday and thought I’d throw a party. I didn’t care much about that Corona thing that which is going on globally. Because my birthday party wasn’t going to be an ordinary one. It is going to be online like a proper 21st century MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) party would look like. So who doesn’t know the term what MAN means then it is pretty much that people from nearby locations like nearby cities connect their computers to the network. And MAN party comes from the term LAN party where LAN is in 1 household, but in our case, it’s MAN because Corona and you know… Gotta keep distance and all that stuff.
On Friday I packed all my computer equipment and put into my car to start driving to my significant other’s 🤗 place. The whole drive I listen to GTA:SA K-DST radio station (yeah I know, I’m a little bit old fashioned).
When arriving I grabbed my first 2 bags and head to the front door, before entering I noticed a bag of charcoal and ignition fluid. At first, I was confused that are those been here the entire winter or just got here? Anyhow, I didn’t put a lot of thought to it. I entered the door and greeted my love while putting down the bags. There was a cake made for me in the entry lobby room.
Sometime after, my girl said that she made some homemade bbq marinaded meat to grill later. I was stunned 🤩 … like a cake and there’s also a bbq. This day couldn’t get any better. The cake was absolutely amazing, meringue in the middle, which is one of my favourite ingredients. Then she did her school’s homework and we went to bbq. The meat was also incredible. I’ vent got such a delicious feast for a long time. In some time of the day, I also set up my PC to her place for the Saturday.
Saturday began like any other weekend day. The time got 13:00 when was planned the start of my birthday party. We gathered in Discord with some delays and started off with some races in Wreckfest. After which we played Witch It, Unreal Tournament 2004 & CSGO, meanwhile we all ate and drink at home. Physically separated but mentally together and had lots of fun playing all the games. It turned out greater than I could’ve ever imagined, so if anyone wants to create in this kind of birthday party then I even suggest you try it out.
Oh, and before I left my hometown, Timo gifted me a framed bottlecap stand on Thursday. It’s amazing and I love it because I collect bottle caps, got the idea from Fallout. So please don’t rob me when the apocalypse happens. 🙄
But today is the day my ❤️ has her birthday. I’m going to buy her some flowers now & then give her birthday gift. So shhhh don’t tell her anything. 💐 Love you honey, you’re the best!🤗
